  • 2. What cities or areas do you service?

    We provide our catering services in and around Gurgaon and NCR. Simply let us know your venue and we’ll tell you if we can serve in that area or not.

  • 3. There is no kitchen in my venue? Will you still be able to cater?

    Yes, we can! Apart from premade dishes from our kitchen, we have a mobile kitchen to cook particular foods on-site. Just let us know where your event is held and we’ll handle the logistics, without causing you any extra-worry.

  • 4. Can I customise my catering package?

    Absolutely! We will work with you to create a tailored package that meets your specific requirements. You can mix dishes from different packages or even opt for just desserts. Basically, you can create any assortment of items that you like, the choice is all yours.

  • 5. Do you offer tastings so that I can try out dishes before finalising?

    Yes. Once you have decided on the menu, we provide you with a sample tasting for two. If you need tastings for additional guests, we are happy to accommodate for an added charge. All tastings and consultations are held at our office located at: B-110, SF, Ardee City, Sec-52, Gurgaon – 122011.

  • 6. Can you provide staff for my event?

    Absolutely, as a full-service catering company in Gurgaon, we have a large staff of professional chefs, cooks, fully-trained servers and bartenders for functions of all sizes.

  • 7. How many guests can you serve?

    Our team is happy to work on events of all sizes. From intimate dinners to weddings and receptions, we have different teams to work on different events. The number of staff required for an event depends on the menu, the number of guests and the style of the event. Get in touch with us to decide on the number of staff required for your specific event.

  • 8. I’m hosting a kid’s birthday party. Can you serve different menu items for the kids and adults?

    Yes. We at Captain Joe, have a specific kid-friendly menu to cater to the little ones specifically.

  • 9. How far in advance do you recommend that I book you?

    We recommend that you book us as soon as your event date is finalised. Particular months and weekends fill up quickly. Once you have signed the contract and paid the initial deposit, your date is locked on our calendar and we don’t take any other orders on that day.

  • 10. How can I be assured that you’ll do a good job?

    We recommend you check out our client testimonials, to get an idea of our work. If you have never sampled our food, we recommend that you schedule a tasting session. One taste and you’ll discover our passion and expertise.
