Catering Policies and Procedures

  • Final guest counts must be submitted one calendar week prior to an event (5 business days).

  • A 20% upcharge will be added to any increases in food and beverage orders if notified in one calendar week prior to an event (5 business days). If there is a decrease or cancellation of food within one week, the total cost of food must be paid.

  • Catering orders by default will not provide the manpower for serving the food, Cutlery etc. If any additional requirement is there, customer is requested to share it with us so that we can provide the charges for individual services separately.
